Click on the links on the Presentations page to open the video presentations. If you use any pop-up blocker software, please disable it for this website, as the presentations open in a seperate window.

The video player will start the presentation automatically; the slides will change at the correct time in the video. There is a play/pause control on the video player, use this to pause the video and slide advances. The buttons below the slides will go to the next and previous slides and replay the current slide. These buttons will also rewind or fast forward the video to the correct spot.

Please note that these presentations require Adobe Flash player version 9 or newer. If you do not have this, it can be downloaded from the Adobe website.

The CME Post-test and forms require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this, it can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
